Polish PERMANENT Yacht Registration – for life
The registration process does not require too much paperwork, no survey is needed and it is valid for life! This is an actual flag registration and as Poland is an full European Union member, it is valid all over the world. Also Corporate and Commercial registrations available.

Pleasure Registration under Polish flag
To arrange registration we will require:
- Purchase document (Invoice or Bill of Sale)
- Owners ID/Passport; Formation Certificate in corporate ownership case
(and document where can see who is authorize to represent company) - In case of previous registration Copy of old registration and Withdrawal document from last register
- Authorization for arranging the Registration
- Picture of the nameplate with design category and max person on board (if boat has)
- Picture of EIN (engine nameplates with serial nr
- Picture of HIN (hull identity Number of the yacht/boat)
- CE or builders’ certificate (if boat hasn’t, some document which confirm boat dimensions)
The registration is for life , unless you decide that you want to de-register or sell your boat/vessel.
If you want to register your boat/yacht with the commercial purpose, we’ll need to contact with one of the Maritime Offices in Poland for issuing a safety card, and also arrange MMSI registration in Poland.
MMSI registration cost = 160 €
Issuing of the Safety card you pay by yourselve as well the needed Survey, we charge Service fee only = 90 €
