San MARINO registration
It is a reputable flag that is valid around the world and it is a highly rated IMO flag. San Marino has its own delegation at the IMO and representee offices in several countries. As San Marino is located in Europe but not part of the EU, it is ideally located for vessels that sail the Mediterranean.
The procedure is 100% online and forms and documents can be sent via email, with no paper originals!
Registration is completed within 48 hours from the moment we receive all forms and documentation required to move to provisional registration, including survey report if applicable.
A survey is not mandatory for small yachts in private use, and can be replaced by either a CE certificate which is not older than 1 year, or by a declaration by the owner that the vessel is seaworthy and has not had any damage or structural modifications in the past year.

1. Color scan copy of the owners passport or ID card
2. Company documents if the yacht is owned by a company
3. Bill of Sale or Builders Certificate
4. Power of Attorney (we will provide that to you)
5. Proof of deletion of the previous registry (when applicable)
6. Previous International Tonnage Certificate (when available)
7. Completed application forms (we will provide that to you)
